Troubleshooting, record keeping, automated electrical safety testing, PM procedures, manuals and schematics, and logistics — the full set, not a limited tier. Electrical safety testing is captured automatically, so the result lands in the device record instead of on a clipboard, and PM procedures are OEM-specific rather than generic.
